What To Expect
4 Weekly Live Coaching Calls:
Thursday evening video calls 6:30pm ET. Each session includes a presentation on the week's key topic, followed by a group Q&A and discussion.
*Can't make it live? All calls will be recorded and sent out to the group.*

Access To My App & Private Group Chat:
This is your accountability den. Designated for daily connection and support from your peers, and weekday messaging/check-ins from me.
Actionable Weekly Challenges:
Each week you'll receive a practical "mini-challenge" designed to put new concepts into immediate action.
Weekly Resources:
You’ll receive guides and tools to support your journey long after the program ends.
